You can use your Card to buy gas, groceries, online shopping, and many other things! Visa debit cards or Debit Mastercards can be used anywhere Visa debit cards or Mastercards are accepted in the United States, District of Columbia and other countries as applicable.
Know your Balance
Before you shop, make sure to know your Card balance. Most merchants can’t determine your Card balance. Log in to view your card balance, and other information.
Use Your Card Online
You can shop online with merchants located in the United States or District of Columbia, wherever Visa debit cards and Debit Mastercards are accepted.
How do I activate my Card?
At the point of purchase, the cashier activates the Card.
When you receive the Card, please sign it.
In case of loss or theft, we recommend that you keep the card number and customer service number on a separate sheet of paper.
What happens if my card is declined?
If there are not enough funds available on the Card to cover your purchase, the Card could be denied. To ensure you don’t exceed your funds, it is important that you keep track of your balance. Visit www.MyBalanceNow.com to check your available funds. You can also call us toll-free within the United States at 1-800-698–4952. This is the number printed on the back side of your Card. Note: All authorization requests submitted by merchants will be reflected in your available funds.
How can I check the balance of my card?
Log in to your account via the Manage Card page. Or call the number on the back of the Card. Don’t forget to check your balance with most merchants before you shop.
Where can I use my card?
Visa Gift Cards or Visa Prepaid Cards can be used anywhere Visa(r) debit cards accept in the United States and District of Columbia. Mastercard Gift Cards can be used anywhere Debit Mastercards are accepted in the United States and District of Columbia.
You cannot use your cards at merchants outside the United States or District of Columbia, such as those via the Internet, mail, or telephone. See Cardholder Agreement for details.
This Card cannot be used at casinos, ATMs, or merchants that require manual card imprints, as well as for recurring payments. It may also not be accepted by some Internet merchants and cruise line lines.
Can my Card be used to shop online?
Yes! Yes! You can only shop online at merchants within the United States and District of Columbia. The Card does not contain any personal information. When shopping online, we recommend that you use your postal address. This will allow you to be reached by the merchant if there is a problem.
How can I use my Card online to shop?
* Check that the card balance is greater than the total purchase price, taxes included.
* Some transaction types may require a hold of as high as 20% over the purchase amount. For more information, please refer to your Cardholder Agreement
* Choose ‘Credit” as the payment method (do NOT select ‘Gift card’).
Enter the card information in the Payment Method section as you would for a credit card or debit card.

Can my Card be used at gas stations
Yes. Yes. The merchant may request that your final transaction be smaller than what you have requested. We will release any hold on amounts that exceed the final transaction amount once the transaction is processed. This usually happens within three to seven business days. You can pay for gasoline at the station to avoid this temporary hold.
How do I choose a PIN to my Card?
Although a PIN does not need to be used to access your Card, it is possible to add a PIN on your Card for convenience. Select a 4-digit PIN that you like during your first debit transaction or PIN transaction. For all subsequent PIN transactions, the PIN you entered at the register will be your PIN.
