Go to www.simplemobile.com/activate.

You can also activate it using the SIMPLE Mobile Automated Assistant. you just need to click “Activate now” .

1. Choose “ACTIVATE” on our site and follow the directions to activate Your Simple Mobile.

2. Simply go to our website at www.simplemobile.com/activate and select “ACTIVATE” from the options provided.

3. Choose the kind of device that you want to activate. For example: I Have an ordinary mobile Phone or I’m bringing My Own Smartphone, or I Have Other devices

4. Click Continue and select the appropriate option.

Enter the IMEI/MEID/Serial # of your device and then accept the terms and conditions. (You will find the IMEI/MEID/Serial number on the red activation card that came with the device.)

6. Choose the plan you wish to use and press Continue.

7. Now enter your Device details.

8. Complete the process and then select Activate.

9. The phone is activated. In the majority of areas the service will be activated immediately. In other locations it could last between 24 and 48 hours.

  • To make a three-way call using your phone to make a 3-way call, follow these steps:
  • On the screen that is main, click the “Phone” symbol.
  • If needed you need to, press for the “Dial pad” icon.

Enter the number of the person you’d like to reach, and click”Phone” to make the call “Phone” icon in order to initiate the call.

When the call has been connected After the call has been connected, tap “Add Call” icon.

Enter the number of the person you wish to reach. Next, tap on”Phone. “Phone” icon in order to initiate the call. The first call will be put on hold.

When the second call is connected the two calls will be displayed in the display. Press “Merge.”

To stop the call, tap on the “End conference” icon located at the lower right of the screen.

To make a 3-way phone from a landline to make a 3-way call, follow these steps:

Call the phone number of the person you’d like to contact.

When the first call is established, place your call in hold using the FLASH key.Note that if your device does not come with an FLASH button, simply hold and let go of the switch hook to put your call in hold.

Call the number of the person who you would like to contact.

When the second call is joined Once the second call is established, hit the FLASH key for the second call to connect.
